Via Markos, a solid list of the 23 people already running for the Democratic nomination. His list was in no particular order, but I’ve decided to sort it.
By my count, there are about a dozen legitimate candidates, a half dozen people running to advance an agenda or improve name recognition, and about a half dozen people who have nothing more to offer than an over-inflated sense-of-self. Each group is likely to have one or two additions between now and next summer, but here’s where things seem to stand right now.
