As I wrote yesterday, it’s becoming increasingly clear that at least some members of the state party organization knew things were crooked well in advance of the election. And yet they did nothing, because to do something would jeopardize their hold on the seat. Yes, I’m reading between the lines, because no, their excuses aren’t plausible.
